NATS ordered a 5-channels 3D Tower Simulator in order to improve its training system.
The Imagine Image Generator software image quality can be fully savoured thanks to the FullHD (1920x1080) screens used. Despite this high resolution and the extremely high image settings applied, the software performance limit hasn't been reached, thanks to our highly optimized 3D engine !
A 360° 3D Tower Simulator has been set up for the Royal Netherlands Air Force.
This 8-channels edge-blended display system relies on the latest Imagine IG 2.0 software, powering the very high definition Barco Sim7 projectors (2536 x 2048) with a smooth frame rate.
The Fast Airport Builder tool is used to generate the 3D airport models database.
